but beautiful.

The owner gets their own view of the same map

Building it

Ninety seconds a tree.

Walk the property once. The inventory is finished when you reach the gate.

  • Quick mode. Species, size, one photo and any red flags, then on to the next tree.
  • Pin it from the field or the desk. The map opens on the property. Place the pin on the tree in the satellite image, from a phone at the trunk or a desktop at the office.
  • A measurement waits for signal. Entered on a tree's chart out of range, it is held on the phone and sent when the signal returns.
  • The property counts itself. Trees charted, trees flagged, trees removed and every observation, totaled as you go.

Handing it over

The inventory, as a report.

Each assessed tree's species, size and condition, with what to do about it, as a PDF. A single tree's report downloads in Word too.

A Tree Condition Report in ArbKeep Pro, with the property, the assessment date, a tree inventory summary listing species, DBH and condition, and buttons to download it as Word or save it as PDF The same report in sun mode

Recommendations come sorted by urgency: action needed now, care, and monitor. It goes out under your name and your certification number.

The owner's view on a phone: their trees drawn from the street, a count of red, yellow and green flags, and the same satellite map with numbered pins The same owner's view in sun mode
Sharing it

The owner sees the same map.

An inventory is worth more when the people paying for the trees can read it.

  • Their own sign-in. Every property gets ArbKeep Home: the trees on the map, the flags and your signed reports.
  • You choose what shows. One switch on your map shows exactly what the client sees on theirs.
  • No charge per client. The owner's view is included for every property you keep.
What a tree holds

A chart for each tree, not a row.

What it is
A number, the common name and the Latin one, and whether it is a tree or a shrub. An uncertain identification is marked uncertain until someone settles it.
Where it stands
A pin on satellite imagery, a plain note such as "side yard, south of the drive", and a link that opens it in your maps app.
How big it is
DBH with the date it was measured, stem count and height, or caliper and root ball for a new planting.
What happened to it
Every observation, photo, assessment, soil result and treatment, in order. A removed tree leaves the owner's map and stays in the record. See the tree health record.
The weather and windows panel in ArbKeep Pro on a phone: growing degree-days for the season, rain observed over the last seven and fourteen days, and this week's treatment windows by day The same weather and windows panel in sun mode
After the walk

Then the inventory goes to work.

Once the trees are on the map, the rest of ArbKeep Pro reads them.

  • Alex has read the property. Ask about a tree or the whole property and the answer comes from its record: the species on it, the soil results and every prior visit. Meet Alex, the AI.
  • What is active, on your species. Pest and disease windows read from degree-days at the property, and only for the species that stand on it.
  • Rain, measured. What fell in the last seven and fourteen days at the center of your book, against the inch a week a new tree wants. Each owner sees the rain at their own address.
  • Every application on the record. Product, EPA registration number, rate, target and applicator, logged as you apply. Print one property's record or the whole year; the printout follows Ohio's recordkeeping form.
  • The week, on one page. A Monday brief of the pest windows open on your trees, what you owe and the rain across your book. It is in preview, and Pro accounts get it next. Read how it works.

Asked first

What it is, and what it isn't.

Is this for a city's street trees?
No. ArbKeep Pro inventories trees property by property: a campus, an association's common ground, an estate, a client's yard. It has no public call desk, no 311 or asset-system integration and no public benefits calculator. A city forestry department needs a municipal system, and this is not one.
Who is it built for?
The arborist responsible for the trees on a property: a tree care company with a book of clients, a consulting arborist, or the person who keeps a campus, an association or an estate. Each account is one sign-in today.
Can I import an inventory I already have?
Not as a file upload today. An inventory is built by walking the property, about ninety seconds a tree in quick mode. If you have a large one to bring over, write to [email protected] before you start.
What does it cost?
One plan, $100 a month, free for 14 days with no card to start. The inventory, the map, the reports and the owner's view are all in it. See pricing.

Walk one property and see.

Pin ten trees this afternoon. If it isn't the best-looking inventory you have kept, you have lost an hour.
